  • We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for any purpose.
  • Your phone number is used solely for delivering messages within the Untapped Solutions Messaging Program and for related customer support.
  • Messaging provider: SMS messages are transmitted through Twilio Inc., our underlying messaging infrastructure provider. Untapped Solutions resells SMS capacity purchased from Twilio to subscribing organizations as part of our platform. Phone numbers are shared with Twilio and supporting service providers strictly to deliver messages on our behalf.
  • Message and data rates may apply. You will receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your activity and notification preferences.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
