What are Impact Reports?
Impact Reports are tools to analyze and measure your organization’s outcomes. They help track client progress, evaluate program effectiveness, and report success to funders.
What types of reports are available?
- Contact Reports: Analyze individual client engagement.
- Filters: Sort by demographics, interaction dates, or assigned caseworker.
- Program Reports: Assess the performance of your internal programs.
- Filters: Narrow by program name, funding source, or participation rate.
- LifePath Navigator Reports: Gain insights into job placements, referral success, and service engagement.
- Filters: Focus by placement status, referral outcome, or client progress.
Can I create custom reports?
Yes, custom reports can be saved by applying desired filters and clicking Save Filter as Template. Saved reports can also be downloaded for further use.
Untapped Forms
What is Untapped Forms?
Untapped Forms is a dynamic tool for collecting and managing client data. These forms can be customized, shared, and linked directly to client profiles.
How can forms be shared?
Forms can be shared using a link or a QR code, making it easy for clients or team members to access.
How do I attach a form to a client profile?
Include the client’s email address or case number when creating the form. Submissions will automatically sync to their profile.
What else should I know about forms?
- Forms marked as templates can be reused for similar tasks.
- Once a form has submissions, it cannot be edited to maintain data integrity.
- Supporting documents can be attached directly to forms.
- Use "And" logic to trigger follow-ups requiring multiple answers. Use "Or" for single-answer triggers.
Where can I view submissions?
You can access submissions from:
- The Client Profile linked to the form.
- The form’s settings (click the three dots in the top-right corner and select "View Submissions").
Employer Solutions
How does the platform match candidates to jobs?
Our system uses AI and machine learning to:
- Analyze job descriptions and match them to the best candidates.
- Filter candidates based on required skills set by employers.
Can employers refine candidate selection?
Yes, employers can:
- Add custom questions to job postings for additional filtering.
- Automatically receive applications and referrals tailored to their needs.
What can employers do with job listings?
- View metrics: See the number of views, applicants, and referrals.
- Pause listings: Click the pause button to temporarily stop applications.
- Edit listings: Click the pencil icon to make updates.
- Manage candidates: Accept applicants to access contact details or reject them to refine future matches.
Program Solutions
What is Program Outreach?
Program Outreach connects your services to the community via our national service board.
- Services are visible within a 50-mile radius or, for virtual programs, to all users.
- Organizations receive auto-referrals and direct referrals from caseworkers.
- Accepted applicants’ contact details are shared for next steps.
What is the Programs feature?
Programs track internal initiatives by linking them to client profiles.
- Organizations can include program managers, duration, budget, and funding sources.
- Programs can be paused or updated as needed.
- Insights into program effectiveness are provided through detailed tracking.
Clients
What is the Clients feature?
The Clients section is the most robust part of Untapped Solutions, offering tools to manage client data, tasks, and progress comprehensively.
Key Features:
- Add progress notes and assign tasks for follow-ups.
- Refer clients to jobs and services using the Journey feature.
- Manage and securely store documents directly in the client’s profile.
- Track client engagement, including job and service applications.
- Invite clients to join Untapped Solutions and monitor their platform activity.
How do I create a task?
To create a task:
- First, create a case note and save it.
- After saving, you can then create a task related to the note.
Tasks can be found in the notification center at the top of the screen.
How do I add a new client?
You’ll need their first name, last name, and email address. If the client does not have an email, you can use a placeholder like client@mail.com
.
What is the Career and Growth Hub?
The Career and Growth Hub matches clients to jobs and programs based on their community, skills, and needs. It also automatically applies clients to relevant opportunities.
Newsfeed
Who has access to the Newsfeed?
Every person using Untapped Solutions has access to the Newsfeed, a shared space where users can post updates, share resources, and engage with their teams or clients.
Importer
What can I import?
You can upload lists of:
- Clients
- Programs
- Companies
- Donors
- Volunteers
- Form data
What formats are supported?
The system supports CSV and XLSX files.
Can I create custom properties during import?
Yes, the Importer recognizes new fields and allows you to create custom properties directly during the import process.
Where can I find my imported files?
All imported files are stored in the Importer. Deleting a file will also remove its associated data.
Admins
What can admins manage?
From the Team Tab, admins can:
- Assign roles (Admin or General permissions).
- Pass clients between team members.
- Delete users or invite new team members.
