Our Story: From Barriers to Bridges

Untapped Solutions was born from a vision to break down barriers and create bridges of opportunity for nonprofits, employers, and untapped communities.

Our founder, Andre Peart, brings a unique perspective to this mission. A former social worker who overcame incarceration and systemic challenges, Andre experienced firsthand the gaps in resources and support for underserved populations. His journey inspired a commitment to developing tools that address these challenges, empower organizations, and uplift communities.

From our beginnings as a small startup, we’ve grown into a trusted partner for nonprofits and employers across the U.S. Today, Untapped Solutions powers programs that connect tens of thousands of individuals with the skills, jobs, and services they need to thrive.
